Town Sports International (TSI), the operator of New York Sports Clubs, plans to offer its existing 600,000-plus members access to Flywheel Sports’ offerings through packaged membership options. Conversely, Flywheel’s 300,000-plus members will be offered similar packages for accessing TSI facilities. TSI is expected to close the acquisition during the first quarter of 2020 with a second-lien loan, part of which will go to repay TSI’s existing debt.
